Annual General Meeting
The Wangaratta RSL Sub-Branch was scheduled to hold its Annual General Meeting on the 24th March 2020, but had to postpone when Covid-19 restrictions came into effect. Now with the easing of restrictions from the 1st June we are now able to set a date for that meeting.
Tuesday 23rd June at 5pm in the venue.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, financial members must register their attendance prior to the meeting. Special seating arrangements for social distancing as well as other measurements will be in place to ensure the safety of our members for the meeting.

This will be a perfect opportunity for members to be updated on the planned reopening of the Club on Wednesday 24th June with compliance to the new imposed Covid-19 rules. Your support at this meeting would be appreciated. Please note that you will have to swipe your membership card at the Kiosk when you enter.

I hope that everyone is keeping safe and well during these unprecedented times.
As you would all be aware, the State Government recently announced that restaurants, pubs & clubs can begin to re-open as at the 1st June 2020, for meal service only with limited numbers and strict requirements.
We would like to announce that the committee and management have set a date of the 24th of June to re-open for meal services only. All meals and drinks will be delivered to tables. Social distancing at cashier points will be clearly marked on the floor and need to be strictly adhered to and sneeze screens will be installed to stand behind. The re-opening comes with restrictions and rules that will need to be followed.
The following will apply as of the 24th June:
Bookings essential (90-minute sittings) – Lunch Booking times 11:30 or 1:00pm / Dinner 5:30pm or 7:00pm with a maximum of 50 people booked in each time slot.

Bookings limited to maximum of 6 people per table.
The club will open for service at 11:15am and 5:15pm for each service to give time for you to arrive and be seated.
All Members will need to use their members card to swipe in on arrival and swipe out when leaving, at the kiosk.
Members bookings will take priority (Members may bring guests that are not members)
All guests of members will need to provide contact details for Covid-19 tracing purposes if required.
Sanitiser stations will be in place
Tables will be spread to adhere to social distancing.
We ask that all customers following the 1.5-meter social distancing measures when moving through the club. This will be monitored by staff.
Trading hours will be also restricted to begin with, and they will be as follows:
Monday and Tuesday – CLOSED
Wednesday to Saturday – Lunch 11:30am to 2:30pm – Dinner 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Sunday Lunch – 11:30am to 2:30pm
Sunday Dinner - CLOSED
Like yourselves, we are all eager to see each other again and we appreciate the above to be followed. Our staff can’t wait to see you all return to the club to enjoy a meal.
